Can I bring a support person?
General admission companion card tickets are available for any support person attending as a companion, provided you present proof of a valid companion card. Please get in touch with us for assistance.

Is the venue accessible?

Will there be accessible seating?
There are accessible seating spaces, including wheelchair spaces, available in all theatres at CryptoCon Sydney. Please see our friendly theatre staff for any assistance required onsite.

How many speakers will there be?
There will be 150+ speakers across the event.
What kind of speakers does the event feature?
Our speakers are a diverse mix of leading voices, industry experts and innovators shaping the crypto ecosystem, covering topics including Bitcoin, blockchain, Web3, investing, trading, regulation, digital assets, DeFi and the future of finance.
Will sessions be recorded or live-streamed?
The event is not live-streamed, but speaking sessions are recorded and may be edited and uploaded to social media over time.

Is there an age restriction?
Attendees must be 18+ to attend after-party events held in licensed venues.

Age, Entry & Conduct
Can the event refuse entry?
As per our Terms & Conditions, CryptoCon Sydney reserves the right to refuse admission or remove patrons for intoxication, aggressive or anti-social behaviour, nuisance, annoyance or failure to comply with reasonable requests.
Is there a minimum age to attend?
Attendees must be 16+ to attend. Attendees aged 8 to 15 may attend if accompanied by someone aged 18+. After-party events held in licensed venues require attendees to be 18+.
Will photos or videos be taken at the event?
Attendees may be filmed and photographed throughout the event. Footage or images may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, as per our Terms & Conditions.

The agenda, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors are subject to change at any time without notice.
How big is the event?
CryptoCon Sydney hosts 10,000+ attendees, 1,000+ companies, 150+ speakers, 5+ stages, 120+ exhibitors and 15+ side events.
Is the event beginner-friendly?
Yes, both industry participants and people curious about crypto and blockchain are encouraged to attend.
What happens across the two days?
Attendees can expect speaker sessions, theatre programming, exhibitor areas, networking, the Innovation Zone, side events and the Super Yacht Party for eligible ticket holders.
What is CryptoCon Sydney?
CryptoCon Sydney is the Sydney city edition of CryptoCon, evolving from the Australian Crypto Convention. CryptoCon is the Southern Hemisphere’s largest crypto event.
When is CryptoCon Sydney?
CryptoCon Sydney is being held on Saturday 28th November & 29th November 2026.
Where is the event held?
CryptoCon Sydney is held at International Convention Centre Sydney, located in Darling Harbour at 14 Darling Dr, Sydney NSW 2000.

Ticket Enquiries
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
General Admission is free. All paid ticket options are final and non-refundable. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full ticketing terms and policies.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Ticket name transfers are allowed up to 1st November 2026. After this deadline, please email [email protected]
Can I use the same email to complete several registrations for the event?
No, each ticket holder must have a unique email address. If an email address is used across multiple tickets, it will be deemed as a duplicate, made invalid & will cause issues on the day if not resolved prior.
Do I need ID to enter?
Event staff may check the name on photo identification against the name registered to the ticket.
What should I do if I lose my ticket?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If they are not there, you can request that tickets are resent by contacting [email protected]. On event day, attendees can provide their name and details for ticket support at our registration desk.
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets should only be purchased through the official CryptoCon Sydney ticketing platform.
Plan Your Visit
Are there side events?
There will be 15+ side events throughout CryptoCon Sydney, including the Super Yacht Party. Please check our website closer to the event for more information.
How should I get to the venue?
Please see our Plan Your Visit page to find your best mode of transport to ICC Sydney.
Is there a cloak room available?
Yes, you can visit the customer desk located on Level 2 of the Exhibition Centre, managed by venue staff. This is external to the event.
Is there a list of exhibitors available?
All information regarding speakers, exhibitors and agenda can be found on our website.
Is there a map/floorplan available?
Our floorplan will be made available on the app closer to the event.
Is there an additional cost to attend one of the theatre sessions?
All our seminars are free to attend once in the event and seating is available on a ‘first come’ basis. Please visit our Agenda page on our website to see what sessions are available.
Is there an ATM available onsite?
No ATM’s in the venue as ICC Sydney is a cashless venue, no eftpos. You can still purchase tickets on the day but this will be done via online and online payment. No items are for sale on the day, hence eftpos not available.
Is there parking available? If so, how much will it cost?
Parking is available at the ICC Sydney Car Park. Parking rates are subject to change, so please refer to the ICC Sydney Getting Here page for the latest information.
What are the event opening times?
Doors open at 9:00 AM on Saturday; the event closes at 5:00 PM on Saturday, reopens at 9:00 AM on Sunday and closes at 4:30 PM on Sunday.
What should I bring?
Attendees should bring their ticket confirmation, photo ID, a charged phone, business cards or digital contact details, and anything you need for a full event day.
When will the event app be launched?
At least 2 weeks before the event.
Where is ICC Sydney?
ICC Sydney is located at 14 Darling Dr, Sydney NSW 2000.
Will food and drink be available?
A kiosk will be available inside the halls for the purchase of food and beverage. Our VIP & Whale Lounge Ticket Holders will have access to our fully catered Whale Lounge throughout the event.
Will there be an event app?
Our official event app will be available for checking the agenda, bookmarking sessions, connecting with other attendees, arranging one-to-one meetings, using an interactive event map and exploring exhibitor profiles.
