Session, track and theatre scanning: Where an attendee’s badge or QR code is scanned on entry to a sponsored session, track or theatre, registration and attendance details may be shared with the relevant sponsor(s). We will disclose this at or before scanning and obtain consent where required.
Registration form sponsor opt-in: Where an attendee actively opts in through specific registration questions to hear from identified sponsors, relevant registration information and preferences may be shared with those sponsors for the disclosed purposes.
Partner codes and registration links: Where an attendee registers using a partner’s unique promotional code or link, their registration information may be shared with the associated partner. This sharing will be disclosed before registration is completed and consent obtained where required.
Data shared may include name, email address, company, ticket type and relevant attendance or registration details. We may also provide aggregated or de-identified reporting. Information already disclosed to independent sponsors or partners cannot automatically be withdrawn; attendees may also need to contact those organisations directly to stop their communications. Opting out of sponsor and partner marketing data sharing will not affect event entry or ticket validity. Any consent required by law must be obtained before sharing or marketing.
